Hi, I'm Homer.

Everyone has a story.  Let me tell you a little about myself, so you know what I'm about!

I thought my upbringing was normal.  By the time I was 18, I had moved every 2 years, attended 9 different schools in 4 separate countries.  I naturally became better at fitting in to my environment, navigating teachers, identifying personalities and making friends.  Growing up around hospitality, I unknowingly absorbed management styles and techniques. I would say I was "managed" than raised".

When I entered the corporate world, I realized my upbringing prepared me for leadership.  Additionally, living abroad in Mexico, West Indies and France, I learned the art of diplomacy by being immersed into their cultures and customs.  I learned how an operation worked and how it's people impact the guest experience.

For 30+ years as a Walt Disney World leader I've collaborated between Guest Services, Sales, Operations, Participant Relationships, 3rd Party Vendors, Union Representatives and Revenue generating areas. Responsible for global guest services of national and global events including NFL Super Bowl, Paris 2024 Olympics, WWE, UFC, Music, and Lifestyle Events.
